Bookkeeping and operations that keep the business moving.
I support service-based businesses with bookkeeping, financial operations, administrative workflows, documentation, and process coordination. From keeping the books current to keeping the work organized, I bring structure to the systems behind the business.

The problems that usually bring someone to a bookkeeper
Bookkeeping, informed by having run the operations behind it
Most bookkeepers record what happened. I spent a decade running procurement, vendor management, and business operations before I moved into the books, so I can usually see why a transaction is wrong, not just that it won't reconcile.

What I Bring
I understand the operational process before designing the automation.
I map triggers, actions, conditions, branches, and handoffs.
I turn repeatable processes into structured systems using the appropriate tools.
Good automation isn't about adding more automation. It's about removing unnecessary manual work while keeping the process practical.
Tools I Can Work With
Listed as example tools. The sample workflow above is a platform-neutral concept and was not built in any of these platforms.
Carla Jaypee Tee
I'm a bookkeeping and operations professional based in Metro Manila, supporting service-based businesses in the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom. I bring 13+ years of bookkeeping experience within a broader career spanning finance, procurement, business operations, administration, and document control.
That earlier experience running vendor relationships, budgeting, and operational systems is why I tend to look past the transaction to the process that created it. It's also why cleanup work, bringing a backlog current and keeping it that way, is where I do some of my best work.
